Ranch Manager: Rick Potts
Rick has been the Ranch Manager of LO Cattle Company since 1999, for the past 14 years. Rick grew up in the Custer, MT area, and has spent his life in the cattle business. Rick manages the hunting enterprise, oversees day to day operations, and assists in long term planning for the ranch. In a lifetime in the saddle we often joke that Rick has ridden from the Missouri River to the Wyoming state line, which isn't far from the truth.
Cow Boss: Clint Potts
Clint Potts is an all around cowboy who serves as the main caretaker of our horses and cattle at the LO Bar. Clint is a past winner of the Top Hand award at the NILE Ranch Rodeo (Montana's State Championship). Clint organizes the crew to gather, doctor, vaccinate, brand, and move our cows and calves. Clint grew up on a horse, and also is an excellent horse trainer, selling horses through his business X + Horses.
